Feeling depleted
April is stress awareness month. I confess that I was out of pocket from my social media platforms because last month I was feeling emotionally depleted and exhausted to the point that my brain felt like it was trying to function through a heavy haze of Benadryl fog. I could see the endless to-do list pile up, but I had no motivation or energy to get it done. The more I couldn’t move forward, the more overwhelmed and worried I got; only compounding my fatigue more. If you’ve ever felt like this before, you are not alone.
